Cancellations by the Customer

You are entitled to cancel your booking with full refund (excluding admin fee of €5) subject to Zipit receiving your request for cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the booked start time.   If the booking has been made within 48 hours prior to start time, there is no entitlement to refund due to cancellation or reschedule.

Cancellations by Zipit Forest Adventures

Zipit is entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that the company has to cancel your booking, we shall make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other compensation shall be payable.

Zipit reserves the right to cancel a booking at not less than two (2) days notice where the Course believes, in its reasonable opinion, that there are insufficient numbers for the course to open. In this situation, you will be offered the option of a full refund, or an alternative visit.

In the event that it proves necessary to close Zipit or one or more circuits, for reasons beyond the control of Zipit, where your group has commenced participation on the course, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Zipit may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at reduced rates.

Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card.  Please allow up to 5 working days.
